Neighborhood Revitalization
Campus Neighborhoods Revitalization Corporation (CNRC), also known as Sunnyside Up, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit group based in Morgantown, West Virginia. With support of the City of Morgantown and West Virginia University, CNRC was created in October 2002 to assist or engage in developing, designing, financing and implementing urban land use plans designed to eliminate blight, improve conditions, and prevent future deterioration in the neighborhoods surrounding the West Virginia University campus.
Downtown Revitalization
Main Street Morgantown (MSM) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Morgantown, West Virginia. Since 1984, Main Street Morgantown has been a steward of welcoming, vibrant, and prosperous Downtown and Wharf Districts. As a National Main Street Accredited organization, its transformative strategies in Design, Economic Vitality, Organization, and Promotion are driven by the proven four-point model for revitalization.
